A Joyful Swim - MikazukiArt

As the cold of winter subsides and Nantucket thaws from one of the iciest seasons on record, sometimes you just want to take an early season dip.  Victoria is one who is used to the cold, with the chills of the North Atlantic surrounding her both on land and at sea.  But after all she's been through and her island has been through, it was just time to stretch out her fin and give herself a nice dive into the deep...and maybe cross her finger no octopus swam across from Europe.

recently had a charity drive and I decided after seeing an amazing muscle mermaid she did to get one of my own.  As you can see, she really does belong in the ocean, doesn't she?
