Alright...this probably is going to need a bit of explanation.  A few days ago, :iconthekivarider: alerted me towards a musclegirl artist in training by the name of :iconespeonshiny03:, who was having a kiriban contest.  The moment I went to check it out...I got the magic number.  He was only taking his own OCs and fanarts and I had a tough time figuring out who...or what...to get.  I had an idea of maybe getting a girl from a Shonen Jump manga, but somehow the usual suspects came up in my head and I don't know if the world really needed more of the same girls from the same manga.

And then I remembered "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" (which I admit I still need to watch/read).  While a hugely popular and notable Jump manga, surprisingly there aren't that many, if any muscle girl pics for them out there; mostly because it isn't really that sort of series typically, usually due to being the "macho of macho" manga in the early days when it was a "Hokuto no Ken" wannabe (up to and including the introduction of the Stand system), before settling into the more "muscular but really feminine" style of Hirohiko Araki's later parts.  While there are females of note in the series, most of them don't tend to be fighters until his "tough but slender" style was more refined by pt. 5 and 6.

Then again while there are probably quite a few notable females that could be seen buffed up for a comm like this, the one I actually went with is more my own silly idea: Suzie Q., the female assistant introduced in pt. 2 of JoJo who eventually became wife of protagonist Joseph Joestar and thus the matriarch that eventually lead to two of the major leads of the franchise: grandson Jotaro Kujoh (Pt. 3) and great-grand daughter Jolyne Cujoh (Pt. 6).  With the style of the period, somehow making her busty and muscular just felt like a fun idea if only to show her as comparable to her future husband (before he became Indiana Jones...)

As for the explanation other than because...just don't ask.  If you do, I'll end up starting to talk about "Cosmos Factory"...
