Pirate Extra - Cecelia Webb

Name: Cecilia Webb

Arriving on the island from a young age, Cecilia worked her way upwards from the bottom to gain anything she could to survive, working  and striving while sleeping with anyone, from those looking for a good time to the most infamous pirates, to make herself.  Eventually she married into money and had a daughter, but her lusts only grew stronger as she got older.  Unknowing of the true story regarding how her mother made herself and the true difficulties of the truth, Kathy would ultimately join the San Genebra military seeing her as nothing but a "street woman who slept with pirates".  There are rumors that her insatiable feelings are associated with a ritual of the natives on the North American continent she partook in before arriving on San Genebra all those years ago and that she sometimes walks the nights as a large feline creature associated with the wilds of the untamed North American West, but nothing is confirmed and it is known that her daughter does not share this if her mother does possess this.

The first of the two "extras" of the Halloween set, one which I did hint at with Kathy's entry (Halloween 2014 - Kathy Webb) but here in something way more civil for the era considering it isn't something you'd typically pride for the era.  I'm leaving the opportunity open that maybe Cecilia still has her "change" in this world mostly because the term "cougar" would not have truly existed in the early 1800s and it would allow for at least one more possible story in this world...though if Kathy has it is up for debate or the future to reveal.
